Mark Rambaran is doing a PhD on the the interplay between discrete metal oxide clusters and extended metal oxide surfaces under the supervision of Andy Ohlin. Mark did his MPhil project on ion-specific effects (cationic and anionic) in silica nanoparticles dispersed in electrolyte solutions.
